Hell yes, not only should we rejoice that our current spending is driving up record deficits.......you know what we should do?

We should thumb our noses on rational and reasonable spending and throw caution to the wind by creating a bunch a new massive spending programs at the same time......that would be the right thing to do.

Or, we could just live in fear and paranoia of the unknown.

BTW, I'm still waiting on that Republican proposal to fix the economy in only 6 short months like they expect Obama to do. Ya never hear one, all you hear is complaints about someone else.

.

.

Actually there were several alternatives, by Republicans, to the "spendulous bill" that has only put 10% of the money in the economy this year so far, and wasn't back ended until 2010 (coincidentally an election year) and would have gone into effect immediately. (you know, like the word "stimulus" implys") But, just like I keep showing over, and over, the media didn't report on it, because they have so much invested in the "Obama plan", they want the average, person, who is much less informed, to stay ignorant of opposition ideas.

Keep holding on to that hopey, changey thing.

I'm wondering why you claim the Republicans are bagging on the spenulous bill not working so fast, when it's the Democrats who are claiming it was a failure, and want to spend another $1 trillion +?

You mean the Democrats who say we never should have listened to the Republicans like Guetner in the first place and put more in the stimulus like all the liberal analyst predicted we should have from the start?

Ah, of course, it's the media's fault that the Republican's ideas sux the big one, I see.

Yes, keep showing how ignorant you are on the Democratic leadership that admits their first plan was just a plan to advance a secular progressive agenda to ruin American, under the guise of a "spendulous plan" in such an emergency that we shouldn't even read the bill, because it's a friggin' Dem dream bill to advance the destruction of America, and now actually want to spend money for things that might work (i.e. conservative ideas) to help out the economy.

Nope, not their fault. Ignorant moron's fault that they didn't educate themselves, like during the election.

Enjoy your hopey, changey thing.

It's your economy now. Stop denying it. The White House finally has.

Well, there's 60 discrimination lawsuits waiting to happen... uh that is, if that was actually a REAL post by a real boss, which it isn't. Gotta compensate by posting fictitious stories I see. Such is the way of a conservative.

WRONG!!!

More BS accusations. Name the lawsuits. Sorry, in Nebraska it's an at will employment state.

No need to define termination.

Try again.

Fukkin' Obama voters.

Thanks, Chi.

<on a side note. I'm sure it's a joke, but should be implemented at all small businesses where legal>

Ah, so you admit it's a made up story? And yes, Nebraska might be an at will state, but that doesn't mean other states are.

I said that in Nebraska (as in many states) this could have been an at will hire and rightfully so, as to reason to fire. :D

It has been awile from the last time I checked but most States have basic at will employment laws with a few exceptions. Only 11 States have strict rules protect non-contracted employees but even those place the burdon of proof on the fired employee to prove their case.

It is not fear mongering to tell the truth Bender. We are jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.

GO TEAM OBAMA!

(I actually wouldn't mind playing in the presidential bracket. Taxpayer money at stake and all!)

I'm confused, is the complaint NOW that the money isn't getting out fast enough?

If only 10% has actually gotten out, then that means he has actually only spent 10% of the proposed stimulus.

BTW, what taxes has he raised on anybody besides the cigarette tax? And do you easily forget the stimulus has a TAX CUT in it?

If you want to complain he's spending too much money, the patriotic tea party thing to do, is oppose that tax cut. Way too much spending going on there.

So answer the question, what's the complaint/conspiracy about Obama THIS week?

.

.

I would so, love to hold your hand on this one and if I must I will. First look up the definition of "stimulus", then look at your own post that only 10% of the money has been spent and it's mostly back ended to fund programs that don't stimulate the economy, but support secular progressive programs, and try to put 2 & 2 together and figure out the cartoon.

It is a cartoon by the way. It wasn't meant to stump anyone, just illustrate the obvious.

Posted
So what are these secular socialist programs it's supporting? Enlighten me.

.

.

Really?

There are many threads and posts that have covered what the far left jammed into the spendulus bill to advance their agenda and had nothing to do with stimulating the economy.

Do I really have to take you by the hand and show you again?

Lets start with the 2/3 of the money set aside for a program that hadn't even been proposed yet.

They were able to get the money approved based on fear mongering alone. Remember, if we don't pass the bill, unemployment will reach 8.5%, and if we do fall for the BS, it will only reach 8%.
