By BEN FELLER and GEORGE JAHN Read the full story. Sounds like empty threats when it comes from our current leader. I think Iran will feel the same way. I think you should have to have a spine in order to issue threats like this. Quote Intelligent people think... how ignorance must be bliss.... idiots have it so easy, it's not fair... to have to think... WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO BE AMONG THOSE FORTUNATE MASSES..... Hey, "Non-believers" I've just got one thing to say to ya... If you're right, then what difference does it make, it wont matter when we're dead anyway... But if I'm right... Well, hey... Ya better be right...

ImWithStupid Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 It's a sad day in US history when the threat to a rogue state made by the President of France carries more weight of action than the empty threat made by this US President. Quote

Ain't that the truth! Or Canada has bigger balls than us by boycotting pure lunacy. We grow more and more pussified by the day. Quote

ImWithStupid Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 President Sarkozy mocked President Obama on Iran nuclear issue... Obama: ?We must never stop until we see the day when nuclear arms have been banished from the face of the earth.? Sarkozy: ?We live in the real world, not the virtual world. And the real world expects us to take decisions.? The rest of Sarkozy?s remarks were, well, remarkable:?President Obama dreams of a world without weapons ? but right in front of us two countries are doing the exact opposite." ?Iran since 2005 has flouted five security council resolutions. North Korea has been defying council resolutions since 1993." ?I support the extended hand of the Americans, but what good has proposals for dialogue brought the international community? More uranium enrichment and declarations by the leaders of Iran to wipe a UN member state off the map,? he continued, referring to Israel." The sharp-tongued French leader even implied that Mr Obama?s resolution 1887 had used up valuable diplomatic energy." ?If we have courage to impose sanctions together it will lend viability to our commitment to reduce our own weapons and to making a world without nuke weapons,? he said. Mr Sarkozy has previously called the US president?s disarmament crusade ?naive.?Big Government Blog Archive Sarkozy Mocks Obama at UN Security Council: Hello, Big Media? Quote
Ahhlee Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Naive is right. Maybe Obama dreams of a world where people sleep on beds of twinkies, fart rainbows, ride unicorns to work, it rains gumdrops, everyone holds hands and they'd like to teach the world to sing..in perfect harmony..they'd like to hold it in their arms..and keep it company. Well, that's not possible, Mr. President. We need to be strong and sure. We need to show that we will NOT tolerate other countries messing with our lives, our people and our freedoms! Goddammit. Yeah, I don't know where I'm going with this anymore. I'm losing my concentration. Ali out. 1 Quote
timesjoke Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 I agree with Ali, Obama is a dreamer, and in his desire to make everyone like him (not America, him) he in my opinion will instead drive support away because what the world wants to see is leadership and a stand on principles, not weakness. Imagine France sounding tougher than America......who would have ever believed that one? Quote
