WASHINGTON (AP) -- More than 3,000 people a day have a heart attack. If you're one of them the day after your swine flu shot, will you worry the vaccine was to blame and not the more likely culprit, all those burgers and fries?...

Yeah, one really has to take "side effects studies" with a grain of salt. So many times you read, this drug/injection may cause.....headaches, drowsiness, stomach upset, etc....

And those are all things that can happen during the course of a normal day without taking any medications. I usually ignore those types of warnings and instead focus on the REALLY serious ones like:

Feet may swell to the size of cantaloupes

Be aware of flaming diarrhea

You may grow a third eye in the middle of your right cheek

Night sweats, excessive drooling and extreme flatulance is to be expected 24 hours a day

Don't go near power lines while taking this drug. Ever. Seriously. It'll fukk you up.

Inform your doctor if the blood that squirts from your tear ducts exceeds a volume of over 3 quarts per day.

You know....that kind of stuff.
