I predicted it in 2008, and stand by it. I think there was some kind of deal about putting Hillary Clinton on the SCOTUS. It might be if there's an opening in Obama's second term when Hillary won't want to run because she's too old or something, but if Ginsberg goes, I think Hillery will get considered.
