You have to go read this to understand it but basically while Government departments were in the process of being reorganized, several people with Government issued credit cards went on personal spending sprees for a couple years. Flat panel televisions, suits, gym memberships, just about anything you can imagine they were using these cards for and they would simply not register their purchases properly to hide what they were doing.

 

 

After several years of investigation they know who spent the money, and what they purchased, but not one person has been put in jail.

 

Not one.
