New moves to help illegals stay

A new proposed ICE guideline would require law enforcement to release any illegal who is stopped for a traffic violation but is not wanted for any other reason:

 

“Immigration officers should not issue detainers against an alien charged only with a traffic-related misdemeanor unless or until the alien is convicted."

 

Basically they have an illegal in hand, but are ordered to let them go.

 

 

So again, the current Administration is subtly wanting to make changes, many of them small, others are really big like this one, to actually help and encourage illegal immigration in America instead of enforcing the laws of America and securing the borders and ejecting those who are here illegally.

 

 

 

ICE claims they simply do not have the resources to perform this job, they are intentionally underfunded and have their hands tied from actually accomplishing their job.
