Lethalfind Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Hehe, I am going to do a dyno test today at around 6:30 PM. I wan't to see how fast this car really is. I want to install a stage 2 turbo kit. Ironically, when I had my stage 1 installed, I was directed to a japenese import tuner shop instead of a Ford Tuner shop. I went by the Ford Tuner shop, which is like a whole different country compared to where I live in the city, and I saw the nicest 1969 Ford Shelby GT500!! It had such a nice look to it and it can fly! Oh and tori, thanks, I am glad someone likes the colour!! Hamza, I know I'm being a downer but PLEASE don't be an idiot...Your young and don't have much driving experience...THINK OF YOUR MOTHER if nothing else. She doesn't want to bury her child, or push him around in a wheelchair. That car is like a loaded gun, the engine is so powerful. I speak from experience, I wrecked a car once, it rolled 3 times from what they tell me. I was choked by the seatbelt and have no memory of the accident itself until the EMT's came and gave me oxygen. At least an hour of time was lost and I never remembered. When I got enough oxygen, I became aware of things around me they were trying too make sure I was not paralyzed. My NEW CAR had all the glass broken out of it, the back axle was snapped and it was so damaged, the EMT had to crawl in through a window. To get me out, they had to CUT me out of the car, I remember them draping me in some kind of protective cloth to sheild me from the flying sparks. After they pulled me out, they put me in a helicopter to get me to the hospital quickly...they were a little concerned because I didn't know my name, I didn't know where I was going, who I was with, even what state I was in...I was SO young, I didn't realize how easy it is to DIE...I was lucky. As far as I can remember, I had glass coming out of my head for months afterward. Later I found part of the windshield in my wallet...CLUMPS of hair fell out of my head the next day, I was never sure why, if it was stress and shock or if the glass that was in my head had cut it as it went into my head. That was almost 20 years ago...the three crushed vertebrae in my back give me pain daily...not too mention the arthritis I have from where my ribs seperated from the sternum. It was a hard way to learn I was not invincible. Quote I am a pathetic piece of shit leeching single mom.

I really hate to hear about that kind of accident but it hurts me more to know that it still physically haunts you, especially as a single mother. My mom has a very bad form of Athritis pain called "Fybromaleagia" and it sucks to be a single mother with it. I really appreciate your concern Lethal and I know how bad it would hurt my mother if anything happened. I am really a pussy in fast cars. :o You can trust me. Lethalfind Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Glad too hear it. I buy my pain relievers in bulk... I wish someone had warned me when I was young about injuring yourself and how it can stay with you the rest of your life... Quote I am a pathetic piece of shit leeching single mom.

Hamza123 Posted September 26, 2006 Author Posted September 26, 2006 Glad too hear it. I buy my pain relievers in bulk... I wish someone had warned me when I was young about injuring yourself and how it can stay with you the rest of your life... The guy at the dealership (Campbell Ford), actually warned me that: "this car is not something to play around with... Well it is if you wan't to hurt yourself." I really took that to heart considering the guy who sold me the car had an artificial leg from an accident. The only real dangerous thing I did was dodge a racoon, and I learned my lesson... I would rather kill a small animal than take my life or the life of others. I also did a burnout but from the photo I showed ya Lethal it was controled and in a large empty space... As for street racing, well thats the most stupid thing you could do in Ottawa considering there are all kinds of racing tracks here. Legal ones that is. I actually went down there a few times and there are special tracks there you can rent for an hour and just play around with a bunch of friends. The good thing about it is that you can also rent portable roll cages. Quote Taking it up the poopchute from Allah since 1990.
