Go to the link and watch the video of the tests. The Iraeli's tested theirs on a moving target and its available now. Raytheon tested theirs on a stationary target and it won't be available for 5 years...They also had about half of the people who worked for Raytheon there to say it did what it was supposed to do rather then independent people.
