SSI disability fraud

Is it me or are so many freaking people on ssi nowadays for ridiculous reasons? My sister has a neighbor who is fat - like 400 lbs overweight, and she doesn't work, has the handicapped spot and receives ssi for this. I have a neighbor who has Lupus? She can walk faster than me, lift things with ease, and goes out every night to the auction to buy more junk. She's a bit of a hoader. Yet her son has nothing. He has to share a room with her, and she is also living off her demented mother's ssi as well. I am so sick of these damn freeloaders of society. WTF! I was once engaged to a man who got brain cancer and went through hell with ssi to get disability for the last year of his life, yet these f cktards get it with ease. I also have an ex-sister in law who I just found out receives it because she's so uncomfortable in her skin - I guess that means she's mental? Good Lord. When things got tough for me, I got an extra job, did what I had to live within my means, and I'm still happier than these freeloaders. How does this happen? This is why this county is in so much trouble.

It's because they have all that time to figure out how to game the system, since they don't have a job. But there are people who could go on it that don't. My current girlfriend has scoliosis, and could be on SSI if she wanted. But working is a way for her to be social, and her back will hurt either way.

 

But the freeloaders are bullshit. I know a guy who has Hep (forget which one), and smokes pot all day while running around and doing sh t. There's no reason he couldn't actually get a part-time job. But he doesn't have one. And he's told me he's happy he doesn't have one so he never has to worry about having to work during events (birthdays, holidays, etc). I almost punched him in the face when he told me that.

 

Working sucks. But I'd rather earn the bread I eat than be a government charity case.
