XCACLS.VBS and error

In doing the following:

 

cscript c:\windows\XCACLS.vbs \\mi-mke-mcfile02\users\05822 /G MI

\05822:F /f /t /e

 

I am getting an error -2147023174: occurred in connecting to server.

(msg#3203) error description: the rpc server is unavailable.

 

Not sure why this is happening, everything is fine network wise

Did you find a fix for the rpc server is unavailable error?

 

I am receiving the exact same error when trying to run the following:

 

cscript.exe XCACLS.VBS \\path\to\homefolder

 

Any assistance would be most helpful as there is limited resources for this.
