restrict access to desk top only

I apparently work with a group of unruly children, and I need to restrict

access to the icons on the desktop only on a unit running xp pro. (I need to

lock down start button?)-- Any help would be apprecitated. karen

I'm using GPOs for that. If you don't have an AD, look into local policies.
