Guest bonzodog
Hi As sole user of my Win Vista Home Basic system, I have turned off UAC. How can I prevent system messages telling me I have turned off UAC every time I boot up. Also, although I am administrator, I have been unable to delete a folder left after the uninstallation of a program. I am told I need permission, from whom??? Turning off UAC reduces the security of your computer and may expose you to increased risk from malicious software.
