Have pretty much the same problem as Hornet's. Mohit Kapoor's method did not

work for me. I get a slightly different result from Petar's though and it

shows like this.......

C:\>winmgmt /verifyrepository

WMI repository verification failed

Error code: 0x80041003

Facility: WMI

Description: Access denied

C:\>winmgmt /salvagerepository

WMI repository verification failed

Error code: 0x80041003

Facility: WMI

Description: Access denied

I do not have anti-virus or xxCare One software installed. Previously the WD

was turned On.

Did you run 'command' from an Elevated Command Prompt first ?<span style="color:blue"><span style="color:green"><span style="color:darkred">

>>>Right-click Command Prompt and Run as Administrator.</span></span></span>

0x80041003 signifies that command is not running with Admin perms.
