Another Question about A/V tool

I checked the screen menu of the A/V tool menu again, and I see in red

letters "Boot State=Fail-safe boot"...is this proper?

 

Again, thanks for your patience. I have not run the tool before and

think I need some assistance.

Yes if you are in Safe Mode and not in Normal Mode.

Thanks--I didn't know if that meant my "safe boot" failed, but I was

in Safe mode, not normal mode.
