Cannot open program by using "run as admin" in the desktop icons

Hi,

 

By right clicking the desktop icon, I choose "run as admin" to open some

programs. But there is none response. The programs do not open and there are

none error messages are prompted.

 

The same situation happens in the start menu.

However, in other places, the function "run as admin" is ok.

"Run as Admin"... Assumes that you have, were already assigned Administrator

privileges assigned. It does not "give" you administrator privileges, it

merely allows you to invoke admin without having to logoff/logon again as

administrator.
