Guest Gerry Posted June 26, 2008 Posted June 26, 2008 John I tried the suggestion last night and thought I was getting the later update. When I checked after installation the last definition update installed was still that of 19 June. I just tried Windows Update and on the second attempt was offered and sucessfully installed Definitions Update 1.37.1.0 dated 25 June 2008. ~~~~ Gerry ~~~~ FCA Stourport, England Enquire, plan and execute ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ John Navas wrote:<span style="color:blue"> > Manual Definition update at Microsoft Malware Protection Center > <http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/ADL.aspx> is now up to > version > 1.35.745.0, which isn't yet on Windows Update or Windows Defender > Update.
