If you feel after a while that the google toolbar will provide additional features beyond IE (or Firefox), then you can reinstall it. Mike. Quote

Guest spud Posted August 2, 2008 Posted August 2, 2008 Click on start button and type msconfig in start search box.Click on msconfig and it will bring you to system configuration.Open startup and unclick box with google eula, click apply and ok and it should disappear when you restart. Quote
Guest Brittany D Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 I don't understand. I've never had that problem... Guest nkp Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 I have solved this problem by pressing the Start button (bottom left) and then "msconfig" to be followed by the Enter key. Then you'll see a tab "Startup" and find "toolbar_eula_launcher. This you must invent and "Apply" or "ok" to push. This would have solved the problem (for me) -- nkp Quote
