Vista Users and Groups

Where did they go? I cannot find anymore. I see "User Accounts" but no

where to set Group Membership and groups?

Launch lusrmgr.msc from Run Dialog box and you'll find all Users and

Groups.

Not available in Home Premium or Basic versions.
