My computer is extremely slow exactly between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. What

could be the reason and how to deal with that? I use Windows XP.

Look in Scheduled Task (XP) or Task Scheduler (Vista) to see what is running

Online performance is slow or overall performance is slow?

Are you running WinXP SP2 or WinXP SP3?
