Gurus,

 

I'm trying to do an unscientific survey of whether or not this file

(NetSvc.exe) could be malware or worse: C:\Program

Files\Intel\NCS\Sync\NetSvc.exe.

It's an executable file, of course it could be malware!

 

....but what is worse than malware?

Er, maybe Yes.

No, it's definitely No.

But then it might be Yes.

 

A filename doesn't identify if it has been infected. After all, even

YOU can name a file anything you want.
