when i turn my computer on it tells me in a balloon at the bottom right hand

corner of my computer that my computer might be at risk and to click on it to

see the problem when i do i am in my security centre which is telling me my

antivirus is turned off if i wait 20 seconds it will change and say its

turned on is this normal or do i have a problem

Your un-named AV solution hasn't fully loaded by the time the Security Center loaded and

indicated that it found no running AV software. Shortly thereafter the AV solution did

load and the Security Center detected it. Why there was a delay, I don't know.
