I have used group policy to open the following ports and confirmed they are present in RSOP: 139:TCP:192.168.2.0/24:enabled:TCP139 445:TCP:192.168.2.0/24:enabled:TCP445 137:UDP:192.168.2.0/24:enabled:UDP137 138:UDP:192.168.2.0/24:enabled:UDP138 When I run BSA from either the server or a workstation I get the following error: 192.168.2.11 : Could not resolve the computer name: . Please specify computer name, domain\computer, or an IP address What am I missing, here? Quote

Also assure that IP address is not a computer with a firewall enabled. Hope this helps.
