Guest Dennis_S Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Hello, Last week I upgraded server 2003 Standard to 2003 Enterprise. All users are now getting Open File - Security Warning when launching a shortcut. Clicking Open does launch the shortcut. This server is a terminal server. I have tried going to Internet Options - Security tab - Local Intranet - Sites - put a checkmark by Include all network paths. I thought this would include UNCs \\servername\ , etc. How can I eliminate this warning? Thanks. Quote
Guest kbits.net Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 Often when you upgrade an OS and these security warnings start popping up that you've never seen before it's some kind of new Group Policy setting being applied. I don't know if that is the case here but sounds like it. Hope this helps "Dennis_S" wrote: <span style="color:blue"> > Hello, > > Last week I upgraded server 2003 Standard to 2003 Enterprise.
