You irritate participants in other groups with such off-topic (garbage) posts. Do NOT use HTML when posting to newsgroups. Post in plain-text only. Do not use quoted-printable when posting to newsgroups. In the Windows Mail client, configure to MIME = None and select to always post using plain text for newsgroup posts. Quote
