....found in file \AVG\avgdiag.dll ...says Sophos CLS (in multi a/v)

 

I quickly Googled and spotted people talking about Webroot and possible

false positives / re: this filename ?

....but,..time is waxing on , ...need to sleep !

 

History - ...the niece seems to have done it again - to Dads' PC in the

house !!! ... i.e. some rubbish installed such as "Kiwee Toolbar" which

will not uninstall - reports that something is wrong with an uninstaller -

possibly Window uninstaller.

 

iwn\Games\DesktopAlerts\Webupdater.exe and Settings\AllUsers\Update -

Removal Successful ...said my 90 day old multi-a/v Sophos !

 

So I've just updated multi-a/v's 4 cls's, and copied it into Dad's PC and

Sophos is now, again, under way.

 

....any tips appreciated.
