Please help Serious Problem

I have been attacked in a serious way. I have tried everything.

 

I am trying to follow instructions on AD-Aware for a fix, but as you can see

below, I now can not even install a program.

 

My machine is doing the same thing everyone else's is doing. I am running

very slow on the internet, I can not get to Windows Update, I can not get to

Ad-Aware, I click on gumballs.com and get an ADHD website.

 

I have tried to download Hijack this on my main machine, that did not work,

could not get to the site. I than downloaded it to my laptop and copied it to

my main machine. Now, I can not get it to start.

Safe mode cleanup...

Or get it to someone with more experience fixing such things.

1. See if you can download/run the MSRT manually:

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2

(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use (in

conjuction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on

its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any

hijackware/spyware with assistance from an expert. Post your log to

by an expert in such matters, not here.

 

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
