Does anyone know how to get rid of this. I now can't turn on my Automatic

1.Clear the (IE) temporary Internet files and the history cache.

Click Start==>Run... then type (or copy/paste) "inetcpl.cpl" (w/out

quotation marks) into the box, then click the 'OK' button.

In Internet Properties panel 'General' tab, under 'Browsing history', click

'Delete...'button, in 'Delete Browsing History' panel, click the 'Delete

all...'button then place a checkmark into the box beside 'Also delete files

and settings stored by add-ons', Click 'Yes' and exit the Internet

Properties panel by clicking the 'OK' button.

2.Clean HDD

Click Start==>Run... then type (or copy/paste) "cleanmgr" (w/out quotation

marks into the box, then click the 'OK' button. Select your drive

(presumably WinXP (C:) and click OK.

ComboFix should not be used without guided assistance.

However Malware-Bytes Antimalware (MBAM) is a good suggestion but should be followed up by

SuperAntiSpyware.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

SuperAntiSyware

Use my Remove-it software, it will remove that malware from your system.

Choose yes for all options when prompted. Download it here

frankly, I think the

fbi should be investigating

the makers of spyware

guard.

does anyone have

additional details about

this company and program?

perhaps, I was under the

impression that spywareguard.com

and sg9scanner.com and

javacoolsoftware.com\spywaregaurd

were all the same.

but it seems that they are

not.

based on a lookup, the

data on sg9scanner is

far from legit:

http://whois.domaintools.com/sg9scanner.com

and the site for spywaregaurd.com

has been entered in the hosts file

by spybot as a malicious site:

http://whois.domaintools.com/spywareguard.com

on the other hand it seems that

the one by javacool software

seems to be a reputable

anti spyware program, though

it is also called spyware gaurd.

anyone have any thoughts

about the above programs?

is it likely that people are

having issues with the

program by spywareguard.com

and sg9scanner and not the

one from javacool software?
