Guest AliceZ Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 I have Vista Premium sp1 and when I went to the Critcal Updates today there was a download for Defender, which I downloaded. However, there was an Optional download for: "Realtek RT8102E/8103E Family PCT-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)" If I remember correctly, I saw a similar download some time ago, but don't know what my husband did with it. Just what is this Optional download and do I really need to download it? Very confusing these Optional downloads. Thank you Alice Quote
