Guest Correy Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 Hello, Was wondering how I can allow the built-in "users" group to be able to add printers using windows XP? Right now only Power Users and Admins seem to be able to have that priviledge. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Correy Quote
Guest E. Cox Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 A regular user can add devices like printers iIF the drivers are already installed on the system. Once the drivers are on the system, a regular user account should be able to add that printer to their profile. Otherwise, check the security log and such for "access denied" errors.
