Remove the control panel option from the start meau

Ok i need how to remove the add and remove programs control panel option from

the control panel or completely remove the control panel from users on our

system?

Add Remove Programs in Control Panel = appwiz.cpl which resides in System 32 .

Renaming it appwiz.old will probably work after reboot .
