Adminstrative Command Prompt (Vista Ultimate)

Somehow I have deleted the "Administrative Command Prompt". Does anyone

know how to get it back?

Create a shortcut on your dekstop, where you type "cmd - next - cmd.exe -

finish".

Unfortunately, I am unable to get to the checkbox that says to start with

Administrative privileges. It's grayed out in the shortcut properties.
