a friend of mine keeps getting a popup from the following address:

http://microsoft.infosecuritycenter.com/36...id=77095602&u=2

The wierd thing is if I type in http://microsoft.infosecuritycenter.com

it diverts me to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

which is a valid site.

It also appears to have many subdirectories below the 360, each with a

different "ad" generated from its index.php file. The remainder of the line

appears to be random stuff.

I've put an entry into her hosts file to steer away from

microsoft.infosecuritycenter.com altogether, as a temporary measure.

Did a hacker put a malicious page on MS's site ?
