Guest keben Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to put some kind of timer so that a computer will try to identify first on the domain and only after a certain amount of time use the credential cache. The reason why i would like to do that is that with my password policy user have to change their password every 90 days... but due to dhcp server time to attrib IP, or i dunno what... most of the time when D-day comes my users are not requested to change password at logon but once loggued by the exchange server when they try to access their mail. I assume this happen because they log onto the domain using the credential cach instead of identifying on the domain... i know i can force to log only on domain through GPO but i don't want that because of mobile users with laptop... So, is there a way to put a timer long enough to allow identification to the domain First and only credential after a configured time? Thanks a lot for any idea you may have Regards -- keben ------------------------------------------------------------------------ keben's Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/members/85121.htm View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/microsoft-security/1147781.htm http://forums.techarena.in Quote
