Guest Jim Michaels Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 windows Vista is not safe for life-threatening medical imaging applications or good for communication because of the media constrictor. the media constrictor needs to go. I think it should leave windows 7 too. specifically, communications gets intentionally downgraded no matter the hardware, and imaging requires all Vista-certified hardware. I'm always looking over my shoulder wondering what OS they are using at my dentists' office. I know, it's not life-threatening. Jim Michaels Quote
