Guest Gunna Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 I have a user who has a very locked down machine. They have at some point entered their username and password into a popup and clicked sav password. Now the password has changed but they cant access the run command or the control panel to clear those saved credentials. I can log on with my ID and have access to those commands but it of course only shows saved credentials for me not the other users. Without altering the group policy is there a place I can go to on the file system and delete where the credentials have been stored or maybe a registry key? Can I just wipe out their profile on the machine to do it? Quote
