i block my vista from loading autochk and i got

reboot every time i start my laptop

i can't acsess

-safe mode

-system recovry

 

how i can format by usb or extrnal flash

is there any idea about netboot

i crash my laptop by buting premssion to a unvild users like owner

system but not me and give the owner ship to it pls help
