Error adding MisConfig - startup - new entry of something I need to startup;

nevermind what it is, just that I moved mouse over on the right hand side,

right clicked, saw new, went to String Value, went to type in new name and it

said I couldn't; plus, all the permissions are set to me, it's a home pc,

thus, how else can I add something to MisConfig - startup I need to startup?

Thank you in advance. Yeah well, it ain't happening . . . thus, don't know

what else it could be, or that I'm doing wrong or something with my setup or

(?); everything should be fine on pc, but I need to add something to (either)

hklm or hklu - software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run, as exhibited in

msconfig's startup tab. Thank you in advance.
