KB971557 Failed

I just reinstalled Windows XP on and HP (Media Center SP3 AMD Athlon 64) and

all is good with a complete windows update EXCEPT I get an error with

KB971557 update. Can anyone give me a clue what's going on and how to

resolve this? Thanks in advance!!
