My computer is infect by Exploit:JS/Blacole.AC, and can't remove. Please help!

Hi,

 

Microsoft Security Essentials picked it up(Exploit:JS/Blacole.AC), but when i tried to remove it MSE status reply's "Not Found". I tried to type the location of the virus in run( file:C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\5YES4KKS\sp3stats[1].htm ), but no items matched my search.

 

Please Advise. I get randomly pop ups, and my computer has slowed down for sometime. I suspect it's this Trojan virus.
