It just always seemed on this site you could say stupid shit and you just get fucked with. I don't know the whole story but a life ban seems off base for wpyo.

Several members have brought up the idea of a poll. I think it would be fair if Phreak will allow it (since he was the one that banned her). To make things fair for both sides, I was thinking of making a poll with the following options (but not without the permission of the mod who banned her):

 

1) Lift the ban but bring Lethal back as a regular member. If she wants a premium membership, she will have to purchase one this time.

 

2) Lift the ban, box her for a certain amount of time (three days, a week, a month), and bring her back as a regular member. If she wants a premium membership, she will have to purchase one this time.

 

3) Keep the ban.

 

It sounds fair to me, at least.

I just think she wanted her phone number removed and that is all. After that happened she didn't seem to rattle the cage much at all. It was other people that got pissed off on a tirade.

I'll respond to this. TH threatened a lawsuit and I kept him around to amuse myself. I got bored with it after the last flame out and put him on global ignore.

LF threatened to send letters to NetSol and a couple other places telling them that me and this site were violating our privacy policy. For one thing I take privacy very serious as the policy states. I would never give out any of the information that is in the database to anybody. It would take a court order and if action was ever taken to get such an order I would drag it out for years. When I say I will expend every resource available to protect a persons right to free speech, which is in the message to guests when they visit the site, it also applies to your privacy. However, I have no control over what a user of this site posts and I will not stifle anyone's freedom to post what they want by removing any posts.

I explained this to her yet she still threatened me. When you attack me at the core of my beliefs, which she did by saying I don't care about privacy, I take swift and concise action.

To sum it all up. TH was fun to play with and when I bored of him I put him on ignore. He asked to be let back and promised to behave. When he flamed out the last time I put him on global ignore again. I was even thinking about taking him out of the list to liven the place up again.

LF threatened me in a way that hit me the wrong way. There is no way she will ever be let back until I get an apology. Even then I would have to think about it.

I personally think that LF should at least be given the oppertunity to respond to this so called STARTLING REVELATION. It all smells a bit suss to me,especially as she can't defend herself.
