Guest Putt1in Posted March 4, 2012 Posted March 4, 2012 Within Vanguard.com Financial website I have a problem where I cannot update linked sites with financial data. I am using IE 9 and what happens is that within the Vanguard site I have the ability to have automatic updates that show my balances in other accounts that I have outside of Vanguard. I have set up a profile within the site that links to my outside banking accounts and then those accounts update daily or whenever I wish to refresh. This works for all of the linked accounts except one. What happens is that when I try to refresh that one account it won't because a temp passcode must be entered that the linked account asks for. If I try to open my profile to change or manage that account the profile tab begins to open and then immediately closes preventing me from getting to my profile. This does not happen in Mozilla or Google Chrome, only IE9. Consequently I think there is something within IE9 which closes that pop-up for my profile that is not a problem in the other browsers. I don't know what setting to check that may be causing this problem. Pop-up blocker is not turned on so I am not sure wht else might be the problem. Can anyone offer suggestions? Continue reading...
