How do I stop Microsoft Security Essentials for a while, it interfers with SlimServer and...

Hello all

 

I have understood that the reason why I cannot make my SlimServer software on my ReadyNAS index all my music files is that Microsoft Security Essentials hinders it. The scanning typically stops after a couple of thousands tracks.

 

If I stop Microsoft Security Essentials for a while, maybe I could fix this. But how?
