Manage Add Ons window not showing the list of add ons, can't expand or manage

I tried to look at my Manage Add Ons through Tools because when I clicked on a screen it no longer jumped to the new screen, but I had to do so manually. The Add Ons window displays, but the list box is so small that it does not show any of the list items, which means I cannot "manage" them. What to do?
