Guest Cory_Jackson Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 A user on a W7-64 workstation with a Remote Desktop or Standard User on an SBS 2003 domain finds the option to "Use Printer Offline" disabled (grayed out). For an admin it's enabled. How do I change the security settings to allow all Remote Desktop Users to have access to this feature? I'm guessing it's a security setting someplace in the Group Policy but I can't find it. Maybe diguised as a permission like "Allow user to change printer settigs" or something like that?
