When I plug it in to the USB port I hear the descending two tone sound indicating that a USB device has been unplugged. No device show up on the USB controller list in the Device Manager. When I UNPLUG it, I hear the two tone ascending sound indicating that a USB device has been connected, and my PC attempts to install a new device. An "Unknown Device" shows up on the list of USB controllers. Uninstalling this unknown device has no effect. When I next plug in the fuelband, I get the same behavior. I can find no way to uninstall the corrupted Fuelband driver. My other USB devices work fine. I also tried uninstalling all of the USB devices and hubs, but this did not fix the problem either.
