Since installing W7 SP1 (itself with great difficulty) I find that ie9 loads my home page but on choosing a new tab defaults to blank page. This happens on rebooting (or relogging-in) and I have to reset via tools/internet options/tabbing where I find the option shown is Blank page. On choosing the New Tab Page option and saving, I then have my favourite sites again when I next open a new tab! Tried the repair option suggested for 32 bit installations but no joy.
