Power users and everyone

Is it possible to use group policy with an admin template to add the everyone group to the local power users group on all XP machines, or.... in your experience would this more likely be acheived through another way, perhaps the machines build phase or some other way to push this out corporately.

I know of RSOP.msc and gpresult, but I wouldnt know which setting to look at to see if a domain policy is populating the everyone global group into each local machines power users group?

Basically I can see everyone is part of power users on my PC - but would like to see if thats the same for all other machines, i.e. if thats applied via default domain policy? I assume it isnt default for power users to contain the everyone group?

Please advise.
