Stop: c0000135........winsrv.dll......BSOD etc any solution?

I have a laptop that bluescreens with a Sopt 0c0000135 missing winsvr, will not boot to safe mode either.

I took a look at:

They never posted a solution and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885523/en-us does not apply.

There are no minidumps (appears not to have been turned on). Boot log can be found here:

Any ideas other than an os repair?
