Windows XP version of Hotfix 2561285

am currently supporting a Windows XP and Windows 7 environment.

I have started to run into the issue described in KB 2561285 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;2561285)

This hotfix works on the Windows 7 computers but I am still seeing this delay on the Windows XP systems. Is there a Windows XP version of this hotfix?
