At the time, I did not a work email set up yet, so I used a personal email to get things installed and ready with the intent of changing the email associated with the account later. Fast forward to today, where the boss came by to collect the card with the Office product key I had written down on it. I go to change the email associated with that product, only to find no way to do so. I called the United States number from this list: https://office.getmicrosoftkey.com/Home/SupportContact and was told that they couldn't change anything! This is absurd, how can they not have the option to reset what email is associated with what account? God forbid someone put in a typo, or decide to change emails later on in life. How can I get this problem fixed so I can spend my workday working and not digging through Microsofts convoluted support structure? Continue reading... Quote
